Gaming in an industry that has been heavily developed during recent years. Despite the focus on innovation and bringing forth new products for the consumers, there have been areas that are still open for exploration.

The environment a gamer is in can affect the experience of the individual, such as comfort and the immersion that the gamer feels. As gaming is largely a seated experience, seating is a key factor in ensuring the comfort of the user over a prolonged period of time.

This would, in turn, reduce strain on the body and make the experience far more comfortable. The aim of this project is to provide a seating solution that combines the bulk of a chair and desk to come together into one. A posture shifting gamer’s workstation that is immersive, comfortable and practical.
